• Improve our AI models (Note: We use anonymized and aggregated data for training).

We do NOT sell your personal data to data brokers or advertising agencies. However, to power our core intelligence, we may securely share necessary data with:

• Core API Providers: Essential processing partners (e.g., Google Cloud/Gemini API) who process prompts strictly to generate responses.
• Cloud Hosting: Secure server providers (e.g., Vercel, AWS) who host our infrastructure.
• Legal Compliance: Law enforcement, if required by a valid legal subpoena or to protect our platform's integrity.

4. AI Model Training & Opt-Out

Harvion Labs believes in user control. While we use generalized data to make our AI smarter and more culturally aware, users on our Pro and Enterprise plans are automatically opted out of having their specific inputs used for future model training. Free tier users can request an opt-out via our privacy team.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS for data in transit. However, no electronic transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not share highly sensitive personal information (like passwords or bank details) directly with the AI.
